Refund Policy

ORDERING

By credit card, debit card , paypal or Worldpay. Alternatively you can contact me directly and send a cheque made payable to Abigail Mill at 58 Gloucester Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 2DX.

DELIVERY

All delivery within mainland UK if FREE!

We will mail out any small items by first class Royal Mail. Larger parcels will be delivered via FEDEX on a 24hr tacking service.

We aim to deliver your goods within 5 days of placing your order. If any item is out of stock we will contact you via email and place them on a back order or offer you an alternative product.

Please report any damage or missing items within 2 days of delivery.

REFUND POLICY

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your purchased items, so long as they are in the condition that you received them. A full refund will be issued to you on return of the purchased items.

VAT

For all orders made from the UK or European Union 20% VAT is included within the purchase price. All other areas are VAT free.

Charges for overseas delivery are as follows;

DISCLAIMER

My greetings cards are handmade are there might be slight variations in colour and design at the time of production. The embroidery sizes are approximate and the frame colours may not be accurate due to the photography of the images. It is recommended that the prints and embroideries are not placed in direct sunlight.
