How To Order
You can order online securely through PayPal or by post. If you would like to order by post please send details of your order with your cheque.

Payment
I accept payment through PayPal or cheque. If you would like to pay by cheque please make payable to Abigail Mill and send it, with details of your order to: 49 College Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 3JP, England.

Delivery
Delivery is FREE to all UK mainland addresses. If your address is non UK mainland or overseas delivery is £10.00. I aim to despatch all card orders within 7 days from receipt of order, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery for other products. Returns
I will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as I cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please inform me within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

VAT
All my goods include VAT. We are unable to refund VAT on overseas orders.

Overseas Orders
Overseas Orders may be liable to import duties and taxes. We are unable to refund VAT on overseas orders.

Disclaimer
Some of my greetings cards contain small parts which may not be suitable for babies and young children. Slight variations of designs to the examples shown may occurr as all my cards are handmade or hand-finished.
